    1. Send Resume: Interested candidates can send their resumes to hr@tanyu.mobi at any time. To minimize the redundancy in the interview process, please attach a description of your gaming experience with the email;
    2. Resume screening: Human Resources, the requesting department, and management jointly screen resumes. Due to busy work schedules and an excessive volume of emails, there may be some omissions. We kindly ask for your understanding;
    3. Human interview: mainly used to verify background, game foundation, motivation, personality, and other aspects;
    4. A longer written test is beneficial for reducing the randomness of interview evaluations, further assessing the comprehensiveness and professionalism of knowledge, and reducing unnecessary multiple interviews;
    5. Comprehensive interview: For positions that require confirmation from multiple perspectives, a comprehensive interview involving multiple people is necessary for a thorough observation and evaluation;
    6. Employment contract signing: Fixed position and salary, and agreed time for employment, starting the fascinating journey of game creation, an exciting, brain-burning, and tough journey of game development;

    Campus Recruitment Overview

    • Mutual selection / Fill in basic information and game experience questionnaire;
    • Present / Provide a detailed introduction to the gaming industry, covering aspects such as industry chain relationships and current state of the industry, and elaborate on our corporate style of doing business;
    • Knowledge and insight in written tests/games, including case analysis, game comprehension, logical ability, open-minded thinking, etc;
    • Interview / Conduct remote video interviews based on the screening results of the written test to further enhance understanding;
    • For those who pass the preliminary screening, they will receive a relatively in-depth game topic for further exploration and analysis;
    • Negotiation / including salary and position determination, employment start date, internship status, Shenzhen hukou registration, tripartite agreement, and other related matters;
    • Internship / If the school permits internships, students may come to the company for a brief pre-graduation internship;
    • Upon joining/officially becoming a member of our team, an exciting, brain-burning, and challenging gaming journey officially begins;

    Newcomer growth path

    When you enter a certain industry, especially the cultural industry, you often don't start working right away. Instead, you need some time to learn and compensate for the lack of knowledge you had during your school years. Here, extensive gaming experience is also a valuable intellectual asset, which ordinary consumers simply do not possess. Playing games is a lesson in itself, and only then can you better understand consumers. Therefore, newcomers will follow the following growth path:

    1. Enhancing breadth / Frenziedly playing games, different games, even hated games, and still have to produce reports……
    2. Empathetic player / personally serve as a customer service representative, chat happily with players, and share the ups and downs of emotions with big players……
    3. Understand operations / act as an operator, understand event design, conduct preliminary data analysis……

      We don't aspire to give you a clear job label right away, because for graduates, the collected career information is still too limited to support their own judgment about the future, and the distance from consumer to creator is quite far.
